Foundation of the International Associaton of NLP Institutes (IN)
The “International Association of NLP Institutes” (IN) was founded in the year 2001 by Nandana and Karl Nielsen from the "NLP & Coaching Institut Berlin", Evelyne Maass from the "Spectrum KommunikationsTraining", Bernd Isert from the "Forum for Meta-Kommunikation" and Wolfgang Lenk from the "Milton Erickson Institut Berlin".
At that time 11 experienced and independent NLP Master Trainers from 7 NLP Institutes in Berlin, Germany conjointly offered an integrated "NLP Trainer and Coach Training". On the basis of the shared knowledge of these NLP Master Trainers, where every Master Trainer had access to the materials of all the other 10 Master Trainers and could also sit in the trainings of all the other 10 Master Trainers at all times, the urge developed to found an international association of experienced NLP Institutes.
The aim was to continue this successful sharing process, to expand it world-wide and to support new NLP Trainer colleges during their first 7 NLP trainings. This included to ensure a world-wide quality control on the 18 days standard and to create a basis for communication and knowledge transfer about the usage and further development of NLP.
The shared core beliefs were based on the seventh developmental level of Prof. Dr. Clare W. Graves: creativity, flexibility, self-responsibility , systemic thinking.
