Instituto VOCÊ - Diamond Training

The intense training from the VOCÊ Institute encouraged 60 participants to become the protagonists of their own stories.

Created by Bento Augusto, the VOCÊ Diamond is a high-level training that enables you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself over three days. 
Before doing the training, all of the participants answer a questionnaire that identifies how they think, behave and see the world.

The goal is to make every participant work with the metaprograms that they usually ignore.

Bento Augusto and Rafael Cesário, both Master Trainers with the IN credentials, conduct the training to give personal attention to every participant.

VOCÊ Diamond took place in São Paulo, one of the many franchises of the VOCÊ Institute

The training included various dynamics to encourage leadership, teamwork, courage, and much more.

The participants receive the certificates at the end of the training.
