Taking the NLP Certification course had a profound impact on my personal and professional life. The main insight was that the way I interpret the world is just a “map”, not the territory itself. This insight significantly increased my empathy and ability to communicate with others. Today, I am more aware of my linguistic and emotional choices, I can better manage my internal states and I understand that I have the resources I need – or know where to find them.
