Taking the NLP Certification course had a profound impact on my personal and professional life. The main insight was that the way I interpret the world is just a “map”, not the territory itself. This insight significantly increased my empathy and ability to communicate with others. Today, I am more aware of my linguistic and emotional choices, I can better manage my internal states and I understand that I have the resources I need – or know where to find them.
Among the most significant changes are the development of more active listening, effective emotional management through anchors and submodalities, and greater clarity in defining goals. My self-confidence has increased, as has my ability to establish rapport with others.
