Hi, I’m Dr. Marita Mehlstäubl.
For more than ten years, I have been working in start-up support and science management at universities, including six years in leadership roles. What inspires me most is the diversity of people, topics, and growth potential I encounter along the way.

With a PhD in chemistry, my professional path has taken me through a range of science-related roles – including positions at Klett publishing, Fraunhofer, the German Sport University Cologne, and the University of Cologne. I discovered my own common thread only gradually over time.

I am a certified NLP Practitioner and Master, and NLP trainer. My vision is to help people discover their inner core, their strengths, and what truly drives them – so they can gain clarity about what genuinely motivates them and become more of who they really are, instead of trying to become someone else.
