About
Since the beginning of 2011, I have been working in the Landsiedel team as an NLP teaching trainer at the Nuremberg location. I had my first contact with NLP in 1989 and after professional coaching I started the training in 2003. That's when it grabbed me right away and in 2005 I completed the NLP Trainer Training. In 2014 followed the NLP Master Coach (DVNLP).
In 2004, I had the first opportunity to meet Robert Dilts in person. In his leadership training he already introduced the Circle of Success, which is now the core of his latest training, the Success Factor Modeling (SFM). After 8 Dilts workshops in Germany, I was drawn to NLPU in Santa Cruz in 2015 for the 40th anniversary. There I completed the SFM training to become a Next Generation Entrepreneur (NGE or SFM1) This concept convinces me so much because it covers NLP with entrepreneurial ways of thinking and acting.
In 2015, I founded the German Institute for Success Factor Modeling. As a partner of the Dilts Strategy Group and authorized trainer, I conduct certified trainings for Next Generation Entrepreneur (SFM 1) and Conscious Leader (SFM 3).
Since 2020, the Collaboration Coach module is available as an extension for coaches, experienced Scrum Masters and team leaders to enable Collective Intelligence (Facilitating Generative Collaboration - SFM 2).
