About Caroline Gatenby

I have been helping people on their wellness journey for over 15 years. I started with Reiki Healing and followed with different styles of massage. I have always been aware of the connection of our emotional state to our physical issues. A lasting change cannot take place without resolving the underlying emotional trigger. This is where NLP is so effective. I notice that people heal so much faster when using NLP processes because they address the unconscious behaviours blocking our pathway to living well. Often it only takes one or two appointements, fantastic!
