My experience about "NLP Practitioner, IN"
NLP primarily brought me peace, changing the way I relate to myself and others. Before NLP, I was quite insecure, in some identities I acted impulsively, and in others too gently and withdrawn. The most useful effect of NLP is the awareness of unhelpful and limiting beliefs. I set goals clearly with the help of techniques, while reframing helps me to view stressful situations from a different angle and draw lessons useful for my life from them. The Meta model of questions helped me to better understand my interlocutors, which improved my relationships with people I care about. The statement that "Even not communicating is communication" also left a strong impression on me. I feel empowered when I am aware that I can choose my reactions and that there is a big difference between events and our experiences of those events. I applied for NLP a few months after my mother's death, and this education is one of the best things a person can do for themselves, and thereby for the people they care about. I would put special emphasis on the submodalities module. This technique literally "brought colors" into my experiences and my past. I perceive myself as an aware, self-confident, focused, brave person who chooses their own path and sees every problem as a bridge to a solution.
