A pharmacist, but passionate about organization, I dedicate myself to simplifying the work of those who do it every day, so that people feel good in the place where they are. Through processes and procedures, I want businesses and employees to make the most of their best asset, their time, while at the same time making work more fluid and easier.
Mon expérience sur "NLP Practitioner, IN"
When I enrolled in the NLP certification, I simply wanted to improve my communication with others — but I quickly realized that real change starts within. I discovered that communication goes far beyond words and tone of voice; it also involves my physiology, my unconscious mind, and the way I respond to stimuli. I learned to create a space of awareness between the trigger and the reaction, to understand myself better, and to recognize how my past influences how I perceive the present. I became more attentive to my surroundings, more sensitive to others, and started receiving clear feedback that my communication had improved. Today, I feel more at peace, more authentic and self-aware, and I understand that effective communication is, above all, the result of the inner work I’ve done.
