A PNL mostrou-me o mundo (a começar pelo meu) como nunca o tinha visto. Ensinou-me a trabalhar no meu estado interno, a conectar-me com a minha mente, com as sensações físicas, a ser mais criativa, a estar presente, em consciência plena, para mim e para o outro. Trabalhar em PNL é muito mais do que aprender técnicas para mudar estados emocionais, comportamentos, crenças, contextos. E mais... Apesar de amar as palavras, aprendi também que serão sempre redutoras face à experiência.
