Members of this commission evaluate the use of up to 100% online training and the coresponding assessment for our trainings in NLP, Coaching, Hypnosis, or Mindfulness.

On the IN ICI WHO Master Trainer Meeting in Tunis, 22. Feb. 2019, we agreed that this is as well a topic at our next 3 days Master Trainer Meeting in Paris on 11-13 Aug. 2020

1. Pilot project conditions

It is only accepted to use interactive live online training instead of on-site face to face training for IN, ICI, WHO or In-Me Master Trainers who:

  1. are listed here on this website as part of this Online Training Commission in this Pilot Project for IN, ICI, WHO or In-Me Online Training & Assessment

  2. who agree to inform all members of this Online Training Commission, before they start with the online training, about:
    a) the qualification that they teach in how much % online instead of face to face
    b) the selected content that they teach online instead of face to face
    b) how they do it (e.g.: Zoom, online platform like Moodle,...)
    c) how exactly they evaluate and ensure that their participants have learned the required content
    d) consent to inform at the end in written form the others about their best practice recommendations

  3. use on their certificates the sentence:
The training comprised of … hours in … days on-site face to face training, plus … hours in ... days interactive live online training, from … 2020 to … 2020, in strict accordance with the high ethics and quality standards of the International Association of NLP Institutes (IN).
(or ICI, WHO, In-Me - and in case of 100% online of course without the on-site face to face part)

This approach with being listed here and the agreement of sharing info and best practice is important for us to ensure the quality development. It is part of our philosophy to learn from each other and with each other.

When 70 of us meet in August 2020 in Paris we will reevaluate the conditions on our best practice experiences, especially regarding details of the required assessment at the end of an online training and regarding the difference between using videos or DVDs and life interactive zoom training.

2. Recommendations

We highly recommend to use Zoom with Breakout Groups or similar video conferencing software.
Here a 33 Minutes explanation of Zoom and Breakout Groups: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6i-NA563Ojk

If you want to have an individual teaching platform for yourself (with moodle, like this: https://moodle.ucn-berlin.de/) feel free to contact admin@in-ici.net who can make you an offer for that.
