Conditions of Participation
1. For withdrawal, only written cancellations will be accepted.
2. Conditions of withdrawal: Until February 1, 2006, a processing
fee of EURO 100 will be charged for withdrawal. For withdrawal
from that date up to March 1, 2006, half of the Congress fee must
be paid. For withdrawal from that date up to April 1, 2006, the full
Congress fee must be paid unless a substitute participant is
chosen. By sending this form, you accept the above-mentioned
conditions of withdrawal.
3. Should program changes be made which are not in the
organizer’s sphere of
influence, the organizer cannot be held
responsible.
4. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury
or damage to any person or object.
All participants bear responsibility for themselves and their
actions inside and outside of the Congress.
5. The participants of the Congress consent to video and audio
recording.
6. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
