"Emotional Leading Qualities" (B1) "Deep Group rapport with laugh yoga" (G3)
Interactive improvisation, spontaneous theatre scenes, fascinating and manifold reflection of emotions. Thereby the essence becomes available. New aspects appear, solutions can be tested and visions can be featured. Feed-floated and cryptically. Integration of NLP-elements e.g. perception, rapport, pacing-leading, change of perspectives, working with parts of personality, submodalities, body language and the bodys wisdom and Playback-Theater, a natural form of improvisation theatre where the audience or members of the group are telling stories of their lifes, that are realized spontaneously by the actors on stage, under the rules of an anchorman. Playback-Theater brings people closer to eachother by realizing their similarities.
How? Playful, emotional access to the theme. Direct relation to the participants and their potential. We broach the issue of the contributions emotional aspects and try to integrate them. The value-free frame encourages to bring up difficulties and to give new things a chance. The participants practise intuition and teamwork, they play a multitude of different roles and they maintain spontaneousness, creaticity and delight in playing. With this material we create spontaneous theatre scenes by dint of specific techniques.
Why? Calling attention to a theme and its underlaying emotion. Training of competence in performing and in listening to someone. Training of team work. Amelioration of the individual rapport on the emotional level and the corresponding repertoires of acting. Teamplay: To differentiate, if ones own impulses are relevant and useful on the whole or if they distract from the essence, if they indulge self-portrayal or if they mark just side tracks. That needs also the ability to manage ones own balance of emotions as well as not to take its troubles out on ones environment. During the play it is necessary to stand and to release doubts, frustration and concernment, to face up powerful to difficult roles and situations and to disengage all this within seconds for the benefit of the next individual story.
About Megha Baumeler
What I love about NLP: In addition to all the possibilities in self-coaching, in ones perception of processes and ones ability to control them, I particularly appreciate that emotional and social competence don't remain hollow words but become learnable through strategies, training of perception and feedback - with sense and sensibilty.
About Ueli Frischknecht
What I love about NLP: NLP enables me to improve communication especially regarding my task of autonomous accountant and consulting engineer for KMUs. My customers realized that my process oriented interventions helped to manage problems constructively and to find effective strategies in reaching their outcomes. Another even much more enriching level for me is the general comprehension of life itself. NLP offers me a new advanced perception for all interactions with me and with others. This results in a high self-determination in everyday life. Everyday I realize how I create my life myself. What again is the base for satisfaction, for joy, for feelings of luckiness.
