This workshop puts you in the position to find out the meaning of equal cooperation. Our concept of the nlp-resonanz®-method and the so-called five-role-modell will support you to find out how new visions and role-understandings, e. g. the new men, women, fathers and mothers, can exist in parallel and how they can built a home in a way that everybody is satisfied.

Our researches in cooperation with the Insitut für Soziologie der Universität Linz show, that a balanced privacy and working life results in improvements on many domains and the increase of life quality.

Our Children - Buds today,  Blossoms tomorrow (H1) 

Children are looking forward to become adult. Our researches show, that parents and teachers are uncertain concerning domains like spirituality, self- and socialcompetence. In case of training self-awareness and social skills, all school performance will improve. We believe, that 90 % of the part-taking children like to go to school.  

In this workshop you will get to know metaphors and tools helping children to discover their meaning and confidence of the future.

About Dr. Gundl Kutschera

Dr. Gundl Kutschera, married since 42 years, 3 children, 8 grandchildren.

Sociologist, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, ÖNLP-Master-Trainer, first NLP-Master-Trainer in Europe, Master Trainer of systemic familytherapy, health-psychologist.

Since 25 years Gundl leads the nlp-resonanz®-Kommunikationstraining-Institut. She worked for the Max-Planck-Institut Munich   (children- and social-psychiatry). She established and led a therapy-programme in a school for emotionally maladjusted children with learning disorders, drug-, alcohol- and family-problems. She was editor and course-manager in universities, organisations and companies. Gundl is the author of diverse books. Since 1986 she is the head of the nlp-resonanz®-project. The aim is to search and find life-quality, new role-understandings and rules for integral cooperation on six fields: couples and family, health, school, business and intercultural cooperation.
