Prerequisites
IN sealed "NLP Practitioner, IN" and "NLP Master, IN" certificates, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience with NLP since the beginning of the NLP Practitioner training.
Training duration

minimum of 130 hours of formal course room training (excluding breaks longer than 30 minutes)

at least 15 hours of individual or group supervision or coaching by a "NLP Trainer, IN". Contents of the supervision or coaching: a self-organized seminar or project

the training is devised by at least two "NLP Master Trainers, IN" who conduct the seminar. With more than 10 participants it becomes mandatory to involve an assistant who must be qualified as an "NLP Trainer, IN". A group consists of at least six participants.

at least two presentations of more than 20 minutes each in front of a qualified group with at least six participants, including specific objectives and feedback provided by the group and the Master Trainers.
Note: The Trainer course aims to teach the fundamental NLP presentation and training skills. These are based on the contents of the "NLP Practitioner, IN" and "NLP Master, IN" courses, yet the contents themselves are neither part of the Trainer course curriculum nor of the final assessments.
Written assessment
The mandatory written testing assesses the integration of the required training contests and ensures high quality learning. The test should reveal the comprehension and integration of the contents.
Contents and form of the written assessment are chosen by the NLP Master Trainer.
Behavioral Assessment
Contents and form of the behavioral assessment are chosen by the NLP Master Trainer and are tailored to the relevant experiences of the participants.
The behavioral assessment enables the participants to congruently display their behavioral integration of the NLP training skills.
The "NLP Trainer, IN" certificate must include the following:
- A statement that all IN-NLP guidelines have been met
- An original numbered IN seal
- The duration of the course with precise information regarding training days and hours
- Date of the first and last day of the course
- The signature of the "NLP Master Trainer, IN"
- The title: "NLP Trainer, IN"
