for NLP-Trainer Certification
Prerequisites
NLP-Practitioner and
NLP-Master certificates recognized by IN-NLP, as well as a minimum of 1 year
of experience with NLP since the beginning of the Practitioner training.
Training
duration
-
minimum of 130 hours of
formal course room training (excluding breaks longer than 30 minutes)

minimum of 18 days of
formal course room training
-
at least 15 hours of
individual or group supervision by an NLP Master Trainer. Contents of the
supervision: a self-organized seminar or project
-
the training is devised
by at least two Master Trainers who conduct the seminar. Recommendation:
The Master Trainers should come from different institutes. With more than
10 participants it becomes mandatory to involve an assistant who must be
qualified as an NLP Trainer. A group consists of at least six participants.

and feedback provided by the group and the Master Trainers.
Note:
The Trainer course aims to teach the fundamental NLP presentation and training
skills. These are based on the contents of the Practitioner and Master
courses, yet the contents themselves are neither part of the Trainer course
curriculum nor of the final assessments.
Written assessment
The
mandatory written testing assesses the integration of the required training
contests and ensures high quality learning. The test should reveal the
comprehension and integration of the contents.
Contents and form of the written assessment are chosen by the
NLP Master Trainer.
Behavioral Assessment
Contents
and form of the behavioral assessment are chosen by the NLP Master Trainer and
are tailored to the relevant experiences of the participants.
The behavioral
assessment enables the participants to congruently display their
behavioral integration of the NLP training skills.

of the NLP Trainer Certificate
The
NLP Trainer certificate must include the following:

Statement that all IN-NLP guidelines have been met

The duration of the course with precise information regarding training days
and hours
4.
Date of the first and last day of the course

Signature of the Master Trainers
