      Overview of the most important conditions of the IN & ICI standards

NLP Master Trainer oder Coach Master Trainer can, 

according to the following IN or ICI standards, certificate:

NLP-Communication, IN

40 hours/5 days, written testing

NLP-Practitioner, IN

130 hours/18 days, practical and written testing

Coach, ICI

Requirement NLP-Practitioner or comparable methodical training (130 hours/18 days) 

+ 90 hours/12 days, 4x3 case documentations

Coach conception as written testing, + practical testing

NLP-Master, IN

Requirement Practitioner (130 hours/18 days) 

+ 130 hours/18 days, practical and written testing

Mastercoach, ICI

Requirement Coach and NLP-Master or comparable methodical training (48 days)

+ 45 hours/6 days, 20 hours case documentations + 10 hours supervision thereto

Mastercoach conception as written testing

NLP-Trainer, IN

Requirement NLP-Practitioner, NLP-Master, 1 year since the beginning of NLP-Practitioner

+ 130 hours/18 days, + 15 hours supervision regarding the self organised seminar

+ Trainer conception as written testing, + practical testing

Special qualifications, e.g.: „NLP Business Practitioner , IN“, „Sport Coach, ICI“, „NLP Healt Master, IN“, „Systemic Master Coach, ICI“, „NLP Sales Trainer, IN“, ...

Proof of the application of the contents of NLP or Coaching basic qualification in the special field (Business, sport, health, ...) a through reflected protocols of the application of different basic standard interventions with at least 4 clients in at least in each case 3 sessions with accompanying multiple coaching sessions through the Master Trainer of IN/ICI who seals the certificate.

Each intervention needs appropriate separate documentation and separate reflection, e.g. with the focus on the amount of self attention, self learn processes and the evaluation of the hole process. If a Master Trainer seals special qualifications he is obliged to provide thorough information to IN/ICI on his concrete way of proceeding and his experiences with it in the intern password secured discussion forum.

IN or ICI can appoint:

NLP Master Trainer, IN

NLP-Practitioner, NLP-Master, NLP-Trainer, in each case at least 18 days

Assistance in NLP-Practitioner and NLP-Master, in each case at least 18 days

Coach qualification or Coach training to the extend of at least 12 days

30 hours coaching/supervision regarding the Master Trainer development

150 hours reflected trainings experience

Cooperation with a experienced Member Institute of IN during the first 7 trainings

Coach Master Trainer, ICI

Mastercoach and NLP-Trainer or comparable methodical training (72 days)

Assistance in Coach and Mastercoach or comparable competence

30 Std. Coaching/Supervision regarding the Coach Master Trainer development

150 hours reflected training experience

Cooperation with a experienced Member Institute of ICI during the first 7 trainings

Experienced NLP-Institut

After the first 7 NLP standard trainings

Experienced Coaching-Institut

After the first 7 coach standard trainings

General orientation for certification:

Rule 1

A certification training with an IN/ICI graduation can be offered and conducted only by trainers who are approved by the IN/ICI.
Every training has to have a trainer, who is responsible for the training and conducts the written and oral testing. This has also to happen in cooperations with other seminar providers.

    
Rule 2

The mentioned certification training has to be conducted at least 80% of the time by an approved IN/ICI trainer. The remaining 20% of the training can be conducted under the supervision and responsiblity of the IN/ICI approved trainer. If the presense of the trainer is neccessary during the training or if a systematic preparation and wrap-up is suficcant, depends on the responsible trainer.

   
Rule 3

To hand out ICI/IN certificates the IN/ICI approved trainer has to conduct the training at least 20%. The other 60% of the training can be conducted by another trainer from the organisation if that trainer has been accepted by the heads of the IN/ICI. To make things easier some organisations or trainers can be declared as accepted (z.B. IANLP, DVNLP, INLPTA, APROCEP, Tom Best, Robert Dilts). The remaining 20% of the time are handled as mentioned in rule 2.
