The
International Association of NLP-Institutes (IN) is an Association of
experienced NLP Institutes and of high qualified NLP Master Trainer.
Their goal is the professional exchange between high qualified NLP
Master Trainer, the extension of high ethical and professional standards
for NLP and the further development of NLP on an international level.
By
our international exchange appears, that currently NLP is on the cusp to
a new professionality all over the world. The challenge thereby is to
announce the development of quality during the last years, to establish
the goed reputation of NLP and to advance NLP with committment.
We
from the IN stand for high ethical standards, for quality and for
cooperation in the range of NLP.
We
understand, that some developments in the range of NLP led thereto, that
even in circles of experts NLP often gets misunderstood as a superficial,
manipulative accumulation of techniques without any theories. Such
misunderstandings and irritations get encouraged, if for example:

according
to the standards of an important NLP-Association in Great Britain,
it is possible to run through all three training steps to the
NLP-Practitioner, to the
NLP-Master and to the NLP-Trainer within one month (within three
times five days!) and to get certified that way - instead of the
professional integration of the rich variety and the quality of NLP
in at least three times 18 live training days.

according
to the standards of a well-established international NLP-Association,
it is possible to get certificated to the NLP-Practitioner, NLP-Master
or NLP-Trainer in 5 to 7 days each in huge groups instead of an
individual attendance and encouragement for each participant on his
personal way of learning and development.

by
famous NLP represantatives and by a great NLP Trainer Association
parts of the NLP Training don't get completed but replaced through
multi media and e-learning

certification
of NLP Master Trainer is regulated only by formalities, instead of
as well by quality assessments
-
Coach
trainings are propagated as an alternative to Trainer trainings,
instead of as a fundamental part of an NLP Master Trainer
qualification
We
hope that we can invite many people to agitate with us for a wonderful
future of NLP. We from the IN have decided to concentrate our focus all
clearly on solution approaches. Thereto belongs for us, that we for
example:

understand
Accellerated
Learning as learning with all senses and that we stand for
sustainability and integration instead of for a reduction of the
training time. Accellerated Learning always was an immanent element
of NLP and it creates the space to communicate the grown complexity
of NLP in a comparatively short time
(three times 18 days). We employ new media e.g. E-Learning, blended learning,
learning videos, multimedia, etc. in our NLP trainings to complete
and to deepen contents and not to substitute important parts of the
live training. The worldwide exchange of our IN's NLP-Institutes documents,
that this kind of deepening and working with new media is common
already for a long time.
Videos, e-Mail-support, multiple choice tests, e-Learning, etc.
support, deepen and expand since a long time the approved standard
NLP trainings.

decided
to keep and to expand the standard trainings of NLP with at least 18
days live training and to provide with our curricula for an adequate
appreciation of the complexity of NLP. High ethical and quality
standards emphasize our commitment to quality and professionality.

expect
from an NLP Master Trainer or NLP Master Coach that he not only
presents knowledge, but accounts also for development and culture of
NLP and Coaching. That's why we demand high requirements of Master
Trainer applicants. To assure the individual support and
encouragement of each participant on his personal way of learning
and developing by special capacities of the Master Trainer it is
important for us that a Master Trainer concurrently is able to coach
and that a Master Coach as a good trainer is able to concieve his
coach trainings suitable to NLP and to the brain. We focus on
professional well-educated NLP-Trainers with a high ethical basic
attitude to assure the good reputation of NLP on the long run.
That's why only a part of the Master Trainer certification is
composed of formal criterias. A further part consists of giving
prospective Master Trainers space to show quality, ethics, values,
charisma and brilliance in the context of a 5 day assessment
To
make the last years international development of NLP quality and its
effective and efficient professionality more popular, to encourage the
good reputation of NLP and to advance NLP with commitment we organize
the 1st NLP World Congress from May 26th to May 28th in Berlin-Potsdam.
This congress has the topic "A global integral vision of NLP for
the development of human potential".
Immediatly
after the congress the international assessment to NLP Master
Trainer takes place.
