Membership Agreement

for the International Association of NLP-Institutes (IN)

This membership agreement is an expression of the mission of IN and of the commitment made by each IN-Member.

Membership is possible as experienced NLP-Institute or on each stage of IN-Qualification: 

NLP Communication, NLP Practitioner, Advanced NLP Practitioner, Coach, Advanced Coach, NLP Master, Advanced NLP Master, Mastercoach, Advanced Mastercoach, NLP Trainer, Advanced NLP TRainer, NLP Master Trainer. 

Each IN-Member has signed the IN-Member-Statement which you find below. 

Only IN-Members  on the level of a NLP-Master Trainer or NLP-Institute are authorised to certify with the IN-Seal.  

The presupposition to become a member of the IN is the gradution of a NLP Master Trainer. 
Furthermore is obligatory, that:

• you have passed successful the NLP Master Trainer Colloquium of the IN or that you have proven your qualification otherways

• you have not yet accomplished 7 NLP-standard trainings (after that amount of experience and after a cooperative talk with a member of the IN-Board you switch to the level of a seal-authorized IN-Member- Institute)

• you have a cooperation with an experienced NLP-Institute of the IN

The presuppositions to become a NLP-Institute Member of the IN are, that:

• you have finished successfulat least 7 NLP-Standard-Trainings (NLP-Practitioner, NLP-Master or NLP-Trainer) with at least 130 hours training in a minimum of 18 days

• at least two Institute-Members of the IN are so convinced of your professional standards and integrity, that they guarantee for you

• the board of directors of the IN decides to admit you as an Institut-Member of the IN

The yearly^*3 IN-Membership fee^*1 on the level "experienced NLP Institute" is 150 Euros plus 100 Euros for each NLP Master Trainer who is a member through this Institute.

The yearly^*3 IN-Membership fee^*1 on the level "NLP Master Trainer" in cooperation with an experienced NLP Member Institute of the IN is 150 Euros^*2. 

Each seal is 15 Euros.

Members of other levels do not pay any yearly  membership fee.

For admission there is only once an admission fee of 40 Euros.

IN-Members link their website with the IN-Website.

IN-Members update their profile on the IN-Website on a regular basis.

Agreement and conditions for IN-Members 

I confirm hereby, that:

• I abide by the Code of Ethics of the IN

• I stand up for the IN, take an active part in the IN and promote the publicity of the IN

• I abide as a IN-Master Trainer or IN-Institute the participation standards and requirements of IN in all my certification courses

• I, as an IN-Master Trainer or IN-Institute, continuously expand my abilities, knowledge and courses, in order to keep up with changes regarding standards, guidelines, requirements and conditions determined by the IN

• The board of directors of the IN has the right to modify the agreements, requirements, and conditions that concern the IN-Members, in order to continuously improve the IN as a professional, international high quality standard organization

• I abide by the IN-Guidelines regarding the use of the IN-Logo and the IN-Seal

• I, as an IN-Master Trainer or IN-Institute, use the logo and the IN-Seal only for trainings that meet the guidelines, standards, and the Ethics Codex of the IN

• I, as an IN-Master Trainer or IN Institute, do not claim ownership of the logo, the seal or other materials; I only use these in accord with this agreement for the duration of my registered membership in the IN

• I acknowledge the certificates issued by all IN-Member-Institutes and IN- and NLP-Master Trainers worldwide

• I act responsibly and ethically in my interactions with clients

• The board of directors of the IN has the right and the liability to remove my name from the register and to withdraw my status and its privileges, if I should offend against one of the predetermined agreements and conditions

• The IN is an organization, whose members commit themselves through the membership itself to meet the quality standards developed by the IN, while the IN takes no responsibility regarding the marketing or the day-to-day business of each member

• Especially concerned for IN-Member-Institutes: Once a year I write a professional article, that can be published on the website of the IN

• Especially concerned for IN-Member-Institutes: My IN-Member-Institute and its NLP-Mastertrainers will be presented and made public on the IN-Website www.NLP-Institutes.net with the asked member profil and I will provide unrequested all the respective data as well as any changes

• Especially for IN-Member-Institutes applies: I, as the director of my member institute, take full responsibility for the adherence of the IN-Guidelines at my institute

• Especially for IN-Member-Institutes applies: I recommend only those institutes with more than 7 NLP trainings for membership at the IN of whose integrity I am so convinced that I vouch for these institutes within the IN

Guidelines concerning the IN-Logo and the IN-Seal

The IN-Logo may only be used on marketing materials that advertise a training that is in accord with the IN-Guidelines or when a member wants to promote the IN ethics and quality standards.  

• The IN-Logo can be used on business cards, on letterheads, advertisements and websites

• If the IN-Logo is used by IN-Members on flyers or advertisements that annouce different trainings or events, it should be clear which of these will be conducted according to IN-Standards and which not.

• The IN-Seal may only be used on IN-Certificates, that confirm the participation in a training, that was conducted by an IN NLP-Master Trainer who is registered on the website of the IN.

1. I abide by the Ethics Codex and Quality Guidelines of the IN.

2. I actively support the good reputation of the IN and of NLP.

3. In dealing with trainees, colleagues and competitors I’m always fair and cooperative.

4. I stand up for the IN, I am also a contact person for others, who want informations about the IN and I keep my data on the IN website updated.

5. I commite myself to the high high quality promotion of NLP according to my own ways and resources and support networks and quality circles in the IN.
