Summary

It is our opinion that a "NLP Master Trainer, IN" should be able to coach. Therefore we expect a Coach Training and coaching regarding the development of the "NLP Master Trainer, IN".
Furthermore the appointing commission can ask for a written description of the work of the "NLP Master Trainer, IN" (see /.1 Master Trainer Concept) and a NLP Master Trainer Colloquium (see 7.2 Testing).
For 1. to 5. we recognize and credit achievements from NLP Master Trainer recognitions of other associations in individual cases as alternative qualifications.

Our regulations for appointment as seal-entitled "NLP Master Trainer, IN" contain in summary:

1. Sealed "NLP Practitioner, IN", "NLP Master, IN", "NLP Trainer, IN", in each case at least 18 days
2. Assistance in "NLP Practitioner, IN" and "NLP Master, IN", in each case at least 18 days
3. Coach qualification or Coach training to the extend of at least 12 days or comparable competence (e.g. NLP-Lehrtrainer DVNLP , Fellow Member Trainer IANLP)
4. 30 hours coaching/supervision regarding the "NLP Master Trainer, IN" development + 150 hours reflected training experience or comparable competence (e.g. published articles or books or relevant academic training)
5. 7 NLP standard trainings (NLP trainings with 18 days live training) or comparable competence (126 days training) or a cooperation with an experienced Member Institute of IN during his first 7 " NLP, IN" trainings
6. at least 2 years since the beginning of NLP training and at the earliest 1 year after the beginning of the "NLP Trainer, IN" training
7. The appointing commission can ask for a Master Trainer concept (about 30 pages: competence, USP, seminar conception, adjacent methods) and a Master Trainer colloquium (about 4 days)
8. For 1. to 5. we recognize and credit achievements from NLP Master Trainer recognitions of other associations in individual cases as alternative qualifications

Details reagarding 7.: Master Trainer Concept and Colloquium

7.1 If the appointing commission decides: Written Master Trainer Concept, 30 pages, 1 months before the testing (see 2.)

1. USP (unique selling proposition)
2. seminar-concept and seminar-sequence considering as example
3. demonstration by means of a method that is of relevancy for NLP, including possible applications in NLP training additional material in attachment, e.g. handouts, PowerPoint, manual, media and pictures of flipcharts

7.2 If the appointing commission decides: Testing of "NLP Master Trainer, IN" skills in an colloquium by the education commission of the IN

• knowledge of the IN-Philosophy, the IN-Ethic Codex and the IN Qualification Standards

• demonstration of NLP Practitioner- and NLP-Master formats

• opening- and closure sequences

• training design and curricula thinking

• NLP boundaries

• time management

• energy choreography and learn-biology

• dealing with difficult situations

• teaching of background knowledge

• quality orientation for handouts

• Master Trainer feedback

• media competence

• handling of group dynamics

• didactics

• application of li>and regardful ness in dealing with language

• NLP-Axioms, Ethics and Ecology

• relevant basic knowledge in clinical psychology

• knowledge of transfer processes

• competence in certification

7.3. IN membership

After passing the "NLP Master Trainer, IN" testing, one can file an application for IN membership that includes the right to use the seal of the IN. For the first 7 NLP certification trainings you need a cooperation with an experienced NLP-Institute of the IN An IN membership on the Master Trainer's degree currently costs 150 euros a year. A numbered original seal for sealing costs 15 euros.

Maintenance of "NLP Master Trainer, IN" status

at least 10 days retraining within 5 years at least 4 days teaching of NLP within 2 years
