NLP-Mastertrainer Curriculum of the IN

   

Summary 

We are of the opinion that a NLP Master Trainer should be able to coach. Therefore we included a Coach Training, coaching regarding the Master Trainer development, a written description of the work of the Master Trainer and a Master Trainer Colloquium to our curriculum (instead of non-specific teaching experience, advanced training and general therapy/coaching hours, like some other NLP federations do).

For 1. to 5. we recognize and credit achievements from Master Trainer recognitions of other federations in individual cases as alternative qualifications.

  

Our regulations for appointment as seal-entitled „NLP Master Trainer of the IN” contain in summary:

1. NLP Practitioner/Master/Trainer training with at least 18 days each 

2. Practitioner/Master Assisting 

3. Coach certification or Coach training to the extent of at least 12 days

4. 50 hours of Coaching regarding the Master Trainer development (Colleges coaching as part of a NLP Trainer training is accepted too)

5. 150 hours training competence

6. written description of the work as NLP Master Trainer (30 pages: competence, USP, seminar conception, adjacent methods) with colloquium in addition

7. kooperation with an experienced member institute of the IN.

Preamble

Regarding the development of the NLP Master Trainer curriculum, our measure of quality is the highest professional and ethical standards existing for NLP.

All IN Master Trainer are committed to high ethical standards in working with human beeings and to abiding by these standards in our efforts to further the well-being of all humanity and the maintenance of justice and peace worldwide.

 

1.   Requirements

  • NLP-Practitioner-, NLP-Master-, NLP-Trainer-Training, each at least 18 days
  • Coach certificate or coach-training (IN Standard: 220 hours / 30 days, including NLP-Practitioner)
  • minimum age: 25 years
  • completed professional training
  • 50 hours coaching regarding the development of Master Trainer skills, through qualified coach
  • 150 hours training competence
  • qualified assistance in a NLP-Practitioner- and a NLP-Master-training
  • at least 2 years since the beginning of NLP training and at the earliest 1 year after the beginning of NLP-Trainer training

2.   Written Master Trainer Concept, 30 pages, 1 months before

a)      USP (unique selling proposition)

b)  seminar-concept and seminar-sequence considering as example

c)  demonstration by means of a method that is of relevancy for NLP, including possible applications in NLP training

additional material in attachment, e.g. handouts, powerpoint, manual, media and pictures of flipcharts

  

3.   Testing of Mastertrainer skills in an colloquium by the education commission of the IN:

  • knowledge of the IN-Philosophie, the IN-Ethic Codex and the IN-Quailification-Standards

  • demonstration of NLP Practitioner- and NLP-Master formats

  • opening- and closure sequences

  • trainingdesign and curricula thinking

  • NLP boundaries

  • time management

  • energy choreographie and learn-biology

  • dealing with difficult situations

  • teaching of background knowledge

  • quality orientation for handouts

  • Master Trainer feedback

  • media competence

  • handling of group dynamics

  • didactics

  • application of and regardfulness in dealing with language

  • NLP-Axioms, Ethics and Ecology

  • relevant basic knowledge in clinical psychology

  • knowledge of transfer processes

  • competence in certification

4.   IN membership

After passing the IN-Master-Trainer certificate, one can file an application for IN membership that includes the right to use the IN-seal. 

For the first 7 NLP certification trainings you need a cooperation with an experienced NLP-Institute of the IN

An IN membership on the Master Trainer's degree currently costs 150 euros a year. A seal costs 15 euros.

      

5.   Maintenance of Master Trainer status

at least 10 days retraining within 5 years

at least 4 days teaching of NLP within 2 years
